Hayley initially joined SportQuake as an intern in the content creation team, but soon she and her line manager realised her main strength lay in speaking to clients and building lasting relationships. During her time at SportQuake Hayley worked with over 70 brands and countless household names in terms of athletes and teams.
Her advice to women aspiring to work in the football and sports industry is quite simple 鈥 if you鈥檙e good enough you鈥檒l get there. She said:听鈥淚t doesn鈥檛 matter what industry you work in; you just have to believe that you have the ability to do that job. If you were working in fashion it wouldn鈥檛 matter what your gender is. If you have a skill, go for it.鈥
Hayley added:听鈥淚n sport, don鈥檛 be afraid of change because one day you could be doing one thing and the next day it takes a completely new direction.鈥
